I just looked at the transcript of the Saturday session. You said that you'd show where to do shopping but I didn't see that in the text of the transcript. Can you give more info on that? If you go to the search button and search for freebie clothes, there are several stores you can go and get many sets of clothes, jewelry, furniture, etc. for free. Apr 25 2008, 10:42 AM EDT Hi folks! In the unit one area on the ground level is a red box marked "freebie" -- it has some landmarks for good free shops (Free Dove is my favorite!) Sorry we didn't get to the shopping. I "misunderestimated" the time we would spend doing the demos. Shopping trip anyone? :) Do you find this valuable? |

Apr 27 2008, 7:24 PM EDT I've completed Unit 1 as well. For those interested in free items, my favorite freebie spot is The Yard at Honeoye (145, 90, 81). Three levels of shopping. The free stuff is in the middle of the aisles. Lots of great stuff. Another good place with is totally free stuff is Sarah Nerd's Freebie Paradise at NineInchNerds (111, 128, 23). There is a lot of lag here, so it can be hard to look through. Do you find this valuable? |

Apr 28 2008, 2:32 PM EDT I think I'm done Assignment 1. I've placed my sign in my office, taken a few Torley tutorials, and am most of the way throught the Ivory Tower of Prim building tutorial. I need to start decorating my office, and also I need/want to go shopping. I plan to keep taking tutorials. Do you find this valuable? |
